OUR VALUES were founded in 1971 from the vision of Jack Balahtsis, a Greek immigrant who came to the United States to pursue life in America. Jack believed the success of his company would be based on honesty, quality, service and fair prices. Throughout the years, Jacks has become the most reliable supplier in the equine industry with a trustworthy name you can depend on.
OUR PURPOSE remains constant even today. Jack retired in 2012 and handed the reins over to his children Steve Balahtsis and Dede Dean. Third generation family members actively involved in daily operations include Steve’s son Demetre and daughter Angel, and Dede’s son Mario and daughter Gabrielle. We strive to continue to provide the highest quality products at competitive prices shipped lightning fast.
