Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed on our Jack’s line of liniments, medications, and shampoos. If your customer is not satisfied after initial use of any of these products, they may return the unused portion to you. You may then return the unused portion to us for merchandise credit.
Warranty We do not offer any warranties. All items should be checked each time before using. Do not replace defective or damaged merchandise to your customers. Return merchandise to us for our evaluation. We will either replace it, repair it at no charge, or repair it and charge you.
