Returns and Exchanges
Before returning an item, please call Jacks Customer Service at 877-335-5121 for authorization to return any item that is not custom made. The return must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that it was originally billed. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned merchandise.
C.O.D. packages are not accepted.
